Practice 03 · Websites & Brand

Make the property easier to understand, trust and book.

A hospitality website has to do more than look good. It should explain the stay honestly, help guests choose the right room and carry them into a working booking journey. I connect design, content, brand and implementation around that task.

Where it helps

Start with the
actual friction.

Properties preparing to launch, replacing an outdated website or bringing disconnected photography, descriptions, branding and booking links into one coherent experience.

  • Property positioning

Clarify the audience, product, reasons to stay and practical differences that make the property a useful choice.

  • Hotel and STR websites

Design and build responsive websites with useful room information, mobile navigation and clear paths to booking and support.

  • Booking integration

Connect the supported booking-engine experience, room links and guest-management paths, with testing across the agreed devices and journeys.

  • Brandbooks and content systems

Define the visual and verbal rules that keep the website, property information and team materials consistent.

  • Marketing and measurement foundations

Prepare search-friendly content, campaign landing pages and a measurement plan tied to real guest and inquiry actions.

What you take away

Defined outputs.
A usable handover.

A scope of work should make the delivery clear before implementation begins.

  • A sitemap and content structure built around guest decisions.
  • A visual direction and responsive page designs.
  • An implemented website with the agreed booking and inquiry paths.
  • Core search foundations: meaningful page titles, descriptions, headings, links and image text.
  • A practical brand and content guide, plus an agreed maintenance handover.

How the work moves

From understanding
to implementation.

01

02

Structure

Define the message, page structure and visual direction.

03

Implement

Build the website and connect the agreed tools.

04

Verify

Check mobile usability, booking paths, performance and handover.

Good questions

Before
we start.

Can a website use my existing booking engine?

Usually the first step is to inspect its supported integrations and your account configuration. Some systems support a fully embedded experience; others require a hosted page or redirect. The proposed guest journey will make that distinction clear.

Does the website include SEO?

The build includes agreed technical and on-page search foundations. Ongoing content, Search Console work and organic growth can be scoped separately. No search ranking position is guaranteed.

Can you create the brand as well as the site?

Yes. Positioning, visual direction, tone of voice and brand guidelines can be developed as part of one engagement or as a separate workstream.

What do you need from the property?

Accurate room and policy information, available photography and brand materials, access to the relevant systems and someone who can approve content. We identify missing assets and responsibilities at the start.

What needs to
work better?

Let’s define a practical scope around your property and the outcome you need.
