Who is responsible

This website presents the consulting work and professional portfolio of Artem Smirnov under the working name ASMI Hospitality Studio. For privacy questions, email artem.smirnov.oleg@gmail.com.

The project brief

The contact form builds a draft on your device. Its fields are not submitted to or stored by this website. Selecting WhatsApp opens your draft with WhatsApp; selecting email opens your chosen email application. You review and send the message through that service.

If you send a message, the information you choose to include is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work. Please include only the information relevant to that conversation.

Services you choose to open

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and external websites operate under their own privacy policies. Opening those links may share ordinary connection information with their providers. WhatsApp draft links contain the text you choose to transfer to that service.

Hosting and analytics

The website is hosted through Sites. Hosting providers may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. This version does not load Google Analytics, advertising pixels or a marketing tracking cookie. It does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.

Enquiries and retention

Messages you send are retained in the relevant email or messaging service for the conversation, project administration and any applicable recordkeeping needs. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information by contacting Artem. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or an active business obligation.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the website’s forms, analytics or other data-handling features change.
